Going to Odaiba

Today I woke up to some unexpected sounds. For a moment I wondered what I was hearing, because I live in a room with a chirping air conditioner (really!) and a loudly filling toilet, but it was more of a low rumble, as disturbing as all those temple dragons I've seen so many of lately. So I wondered if it wasn't an earthquake. After all, statistically in Japan there are about a thousand of them a year, so I've definitely experienced a few, I just don't know about it yet... But it turned out to be an ordinary storm. Or maybe not so ordinary? A few hours later, when I was walking along the avenue to Meiji Jingu, I saw piles of snow in places, clumped into balls similar to hail. So it's possible that it was a kind of storm with hail or at least with snow.
I left the hotel before noon, regretting that I hadn't taken heavy boots, because it was pouring down steadily and in large drops. An umbrella and gloves saved my life, because the temperature was just above freezing. The forecast even said that it would feel like -2 degrees Celsius, and I don't think I'll argue with that.
And yet in the afternoon I was already putting on my sunglasses and if it weren't for the biting wind, you would think that it was spring after all ;)
In order not to bore you with more rainy pictures, today I will show you a few photos from yesterday's ride to the artificial island (one of many in Tokyo Bay) - Odaiba. The ride on the Yurikamome cable car itself is very interesting, because you ride on a viaduct, winding over the waters of the bay. I recorded it in several parts. Together with the sound, they will allow me to give you a little more impressions of Japan. You can find the films by clicking on the links below, as always leading to my YouTube channel:
And here are a few views from the walking areas on the shore of Odaiba:
